I was on a boat a few weeks ago. Light gray gel coat non skid everywhere and one guy had on the white boots......"slick" look !!!!

So the white ones are for shrimping ????

Yeah we used to wear them in the summer, reflected the heat so not too hot on the feet ! I first saw them on the southern scallopers that would unload at the co-op in pt pleasant.

We did the same when we spent the winter fishing down south. Had to get white boots so your feet didn't poach in your boots.

I came up with a small issue I found out on a charter this am with the work I did.
Seems I made a design mistake in the size of the below deck fish boxes.
35 in fish fit no problem.
49 inch 40 lb fish is a very tight squeeze ;-)
Now ya have to rebuild the whole thing next winter, with pics:rolleyes:
