Meh………….
I’ve repaired a lot of them.
Basically you have an accident try to make sure it’s one of the bolt on panels (doors,fenders,hood,trunk)
Cab corners, bed side panels, roof, not fun.
Self piercing rivets no fun & pretty much unavailable to anyone but the factory and certain authorized dealers.
And all that supposed weight savings doesn’t add up to better fuel mileage!
But hey……….
They solved the Notorious Ford rust/rot issue.

If you do crash…..
The aluminum tears like a razor blade.
I’m shocked Ford hasn’t had a major law suit because it happened.
They still haven’t solved the notorious Ford front end “Death Wobble”
