Wish you could get a modern fiberglass boat that had those lines. I know why we can't, but, dang that is a sexy rig. Put a lightweight 440 Yanmar in her and you'd get all the babes.

I’m with you on the old school lines. Did you ever read Virginia thorndike’s lobster boat book? Some of the builders talk about the changes in the look and how it bummed them out

I much preferred the color (Gray) my 28 BHM with a red boot stripe, while top over the Almond color on my 33 Flowers.
At some point in the future, the 33 Flowers is getting painted (hull below rub rail) Red with Awlgrip and will get clear coated also as reds fade more so than other colors.
