My old lab "Dusty Dog " he turned 13 last week...he was a great waterfowl and upland dog..but he has diabetes and his hips are gone...still has the heart, just not the legs..

Great dogs. All of them ! A good dog will put your head in a better place. Nothing can teach you more about the meaning of life than a good dog. Enjoy every day !

We got one of those now. Smartest dog I've ever owned. Smarter than most 8 year old kids. And she's going to sail from Maine to S. America later this year. Wow. Those Chessies brought back memories from 60 years ago. Pa always got Chesapeakes. Big shemales. Just had to keep them away from the neighbors. Now I'm all teared up from your losses, the Labs. Old age gets me all vaclempt over losing pets. Kilt a lot of coot, red leggers, old squaw and eiders over Labs and Chessies. And Springers. Usually in the dumbest conditions you can imagine.
