28 bhm vs 28 h&h does anyone know the pro vs cons of these two vessels ?

Sidejob,H&H does not make a 28.....a few guys i know have H&H's...one is 27 the other is 29...if i were building new i would go with the 29

i have a buddy at home that has a 27 H+H, its a HUGE 27, seems bigger than my 30. dont know anything about the BHM but i would have bought that H+H if it was for sale when i was looking to buy

There is a 28 BHM and a 29 H&H (29'10") at the marina I'm at.

The 28 BHM is a very nice boat. I'd consider one if I didn't have such a large family.

The 29 H&H seems huge compared to the 28 BHM.

I haven't been out on either boat but plan to before this boating season is over.

I think what is dangerous with the H&H's is you can go to their website and look at model 1, like it and then realize model 2, is only another 2K, until you get to a 34/36' when its another 36, but then another 2k gets you a 38, ha etc etc... Well not exactly but you get what I mean I go there daily, dont know why... Welcome to H & H Marine, Inc.

I rarely hear about the 27/29... I'd like a 32' seen a couple, I know there are a bunch around but dont hear from the owners to much... Anyone with a 32, let me know...

I've got a 29 H&H and people are coming up to me and ask "how big is this boat" when i tell them its 29 they don't believe me. I looked at a couple of 28 BHM's when i was boat shopping and first thing i did notice was the difference between the 2 boats, like other guys have said its quite a difference. I think i would be just as happy with a BHM if i could have found one in as good condition and with similar power to my H&H but when i was looking i couldn't find it. I'll ya you this about my boat, i can have 40 shrimp pots, 500lbs of ice, 150gals fuel, buoys, ropes, food for 4-5 days etc loaded on the boat and its goes just about the same speed empty or full at the same rpm's, its a nice little tank of a boat.

I'm recalling a conversation with one of the H&H owners.
I "think" the 27 is the 29 hull with 2 feet cut off the stern.

Dan's 29 H&H is the boat I compare the 28 BHM that is closeby.

Both boats are very very nice. The 29 H&H is huge compared to the 28 BHM
