Boat Make
32' Wasque, 13' Boston Whaler
Back in the late 80's we were building HBI's (hard bottom inflatables) in Groton, CT. All of the boats were designed by Ray Hunt Associates.Tremendously dry, smooth running designs. We built close to 400 boats ranging from 11' to 40'. My favorite one was a 30' HBI with twin turbocharged Cats and Hamilton jet drives. They are currently being built by:

I own a ray hunt designed Black Watch 26 with inboards. Currently looking to re-power her. Great riding hull, goes through anything good in head, following, and quartering sea, not too bad on the drift, but the tower adds a bit of roll. Blew the port engine last season, was going to try to sell it as is and buy something else, but can't find anything I really like for what I'm willing to spend. Looks like she will be a long term project.
