Yikes, that's a big job. Are there any cost savings by rebuilding everything but the hull, versus having you build a new Flowers from scratch? I would think there would be a fair amount of money in the labor for your demolition and disposal costs.

If the boat had a lot of sentimental value, I guess it would be worth it to the owner.

Scott was having it over when he first came up. I offered to buy it as is and he just walk away, he wouldn't. Between getting the hull at a discount and not having to install a new IMO engine I'll bet he'll save a bundle.
