man, that looks like a heck of a project, this one is going to be fun to see progress. Which mold are you using to build the top for it?

Yikes, that's a big job. Are there any cost savings by rebuilding everything but the hull, versus having you build a new Flowers from scratch? I would think there would be a fair amount of money in the labor for your demolition and disposal costs.
If the boat had a lot of sentimental value, I guess it would be worth it to the owner.

Scott was having it over when he first came up. I offered to buy it as is and he just walk away, he wouldn't. Between getting the hull at a discount and not having to install a new IMO engine I'll bet he'll save a bundle.

We gelcoated and laid in the skin in the lower shop, then moved it to the main shop to laminate.

ken, how much retrofitting are you going to have to do to the molded top to fit the repco, or is it pretty much a drop on fit?
