Maine liferaft and inflatable in Portland does but not sure how much and probably too far for you but you could call ask if they know someone more local.

If I was to buy a used liferaft that has to be repacked, Could you have it repacked to the specs that you want? For instance if it does not reach Solas requirements can they pack it so that is does?

Call Lrse in tiverton ri and ask them your questions. Super nice and very knowledgable. I know you can change a Solas b to a and vise versa but it depends on the used raft you buy.

I have a 8 man Viking commercial raft that is approximately 10 years old. It has been sitting in my garage for 4 years. I will let it go real cheap to anyone who is interested!....oh yeah its unused! LOL

I gave them a call the other day. They don't rent commercial rafts. I think for the up coming year I'm gonna keep it inside 12 miles and don't need a raft. Get one for next year.

You generally can't repack a non-solas raft to make it solas compliant. It's not just the flares, its how the raft itself is built. They use heavier fabric, different ballast, different boarding aids etc.

You pretty much have to start with a solas raft. You can't upgrade the packing list and put a new sticker on.

Though there are some who will just apply stickers. ;)
