roller for roll & tip gel-cote

can i use this roller for gel coating the panels for my split house build ?? or do i need something with more nap?

I use a roller called Prodoozit,I get at Hamilton,they dont shed.Your a long way from Hamilton,Alot of rollers shed and it makes a mess.I would try a test with whatever you decide.I used finger rollers from Home Depot,the pink ones, but they cheapened them up and now they shed.I think that roller there is for popping bubbles,it looks just like the one I use when laying up 4 x 8 sheets of glass.

You might want to investigate the use of mohair roller covers. I've used them successfully with epoxy resin. They're also recommended for polyester. My experience is that they don't shed. You might be able to find them (even in Alaska) at a paint store.

Thanks for the advise, there's a sherwin williams paint store the next town over so i'll go take a look if they have any of those mohair rollers.

I picked up some mohair covers at the sherwin williams paint store a bit steep in price at $7.40 each ??? then went to home depot and they had some also, bit cheaper $4.20 each.
