Seaway 23 Construction

I'm hoping to look at a 1985 Seaway 23 that is listed by a broker locally and was wondering if anyone had any insight on the construction of the boat. Is the hull solid glass or cored? How about the deck? Was this boat originally an inboard? It has a newer outboard now. Any insight on the ride, quality, and anything else is appreciated.

There's also a Seaway group on FB with 200+ members. May get some good help there....

Also, that plastic tank on deck suggests it might have a bad internal tank.
Agreed. The tank is definitely on my list of questions for the seller. I’ll see if he knows any history of the repower. It was done prior to his purchase three years ago.
