You're putting me on the spot with that Bill & I don't have enough experience with the 28' to make an educated comment. I will say that untill I found the 32' Osmond with the 6'10" wheelhouse & huge pit, I was absolutely ga-ga over Hoopers boat & spent 2 weekends up the cape seatrialing & checking it out. That boat was rigged right & maintained to the highest standards. In the end, the boat I have works out Great for my uses & I'm sure that 28 would have too.

Any day now the weather is going to turn. Remeber last December?, started snowing, never stopped!

It was December 27th the first snow of the year. There was a nor'easter .. Water came up over my seawall.. Flooded my crawl space.. Killed furnace.. Pipes burst..I'll never forget that date.. Flooded house while I was at work
