Sirius marine Weather

How good is the Sirius marine weather that overlays on your chartplotter? Anyone use it?

My old man has it for his C120. Works great. NOAA text forecasts are awesome offshore. Sea surface temps help too. You can purchase a subscription for 6 months too for under $200. Great for if you don't fish year round. On occasion it can be a little slow to load the overlay.

I like the SST feature, subscribe to Terrafin now but with sketchy internet on Cuttyhunk I figured Sirius would be better.

Are they going to rebuild the CG station over there? Nasty fire.

Yup, already have the blue prints drawn. Not breaking ground for a year or two. Town was stuck with the bill for rebuilding the drive on dock. Insurance policy was way out of date and only covered about 1/9th of it!
