Sisu 22 project

Well I finally got my project to the marina via trailer to begin one of many repairs. Probably first on the list is to assemble and install the cuddy and standing shelter as the original was cut off by PO to make it a center console.
I had already constructed the aft bulkhead/dash ,cabin sides, cabin top beams ,windshield (3 openings) instead of 2 and standing shelter frame work , all in wood but all sealed with west epoxy and glassed.
Also on the list is to remove original fuel tanks and repair/replace deck as needed (boat sank during Sandy) and repair some coring on the port side chine below the water line. Then it will be time to decide power (originally a 4 cyl. Mercruiser inboard) although giving some consideration to an OB.
I am giving serious thought to a 5.7 Chevy as I am going to build chine rails to help prevent keel walking at speed. open to any and all comments from Sisu 22 and DE owners . Pictures are pending as weather SNOW allows.
