Speaking of fuel tank (for the builders)

I see alot of the boats have FRP bulkheads setup in the hull to make fueltanks. Are you guys using special resins for this ?

I would NEVERA use any part of the boat as a fuel tank. Hull, skin, bulkhead, deck or any other part. I might use them as a form? but never as part of the tank itself.

Fuel tanks are laid up with gp for the majority of construction with the last few layers done with vinylester. At least thatLs how I do it. That includes the baffles.
