I can't see how somone would design it that way so my guess is it's broken too.

Hull looks to me like a Duffy 35'. Did a perfunctory search on the CG database, nothing came up that looked like a match.

We should ask Capt Tris Colket out of Fort Pierce FL. A google search of the boat name seems to get you his charter operation. It is listed as a 40' Sportfish and I saw one link that called it a Mitchabitch. I found the CG registry for the boat and it is listed as a Young Brothers.

never seen a YB hull without the 1" of false stem sticking above the foredeck at the bow....he must have lopped it off. Also more sweep to the shear than I'm used to seeing in a YB, most of the hulls run a fairly straight line fore to aft
