stracture scan ?

Im thinking set up for stracture scan my boat bruno stillman downeast..

I have a furuno 1kw transducer and navnet ..

lowrance HDS12 touch stracture scan and chartplotter..

what is complete set up

How many transducer for stracture scan ?

And need to broadband sounder module?

what is complte set up?

3 Thru hulls, Sounder(Sonar) is built into HYDS12,Also has a down scan feature besides the std sonar. Structure scan is a separate module. Need 3 thru hulls because one on @side of keel for the structure scan and one for the Sonar and downscan.Depending on your depth the structure scan may not be real useful. Broad band would be for the radar set up 4G would be good.

Lowrance is the little brother to Simrad. Software is sometimes an adventure,however issues are generally resolved quickly.
