    Thats been coming for a long time. I think that most would say we told you so but there are a lot of hard working fishermen that are going to be hurt by this. 4000 metric tons for area 1a, devastating. The real shame is that this could possibly put the herring seiners out of business as well.

    ...and there have been pogies last few years. I may actually put some time into it this year, bait is going to be scarce come fall.
