Careful, looks like a scam....broken English in the description....price is way too low to profit from a rebuild....Suzuki outboards are known to have head and corrosion issues which does not lend well to rebuilding....

The definition of a complete rebuild is very vague from some Craigslist/eBay sellers. Could be as little as new spark plugs, thermostats, carb rebuilds (when carbs are present), and changing out the fluids. I saw that boats.net sells a kit for ~$1000 to replace the corroded mid section piece where Suzuki installed a bung of a different type of metal than the engine block to fill in the hole where O2 sensors were designed to be installed, but were not needed. I think this problem was resolved by MY 2008. I saw a Suzuki 90 on Craigslist for $2500 that otherwise was in excellent condition minus the mid section corrosion.

If the eBay seller is finding loads of Suzuki outboards with mid section corrosion on Craigslist for $2k a piece, repairing the mid-section pieces for $1000 in parts, and selling as "complete rebuilds" then I can see how they can still make a profit @ $5800. If it's possible, that's one way to make it profitable.
