after looking at a ton of DE boats and looking for a new boat, alot of the DE lobster boats have the engine in front of the steering bulkhead. is it possible to move the engine back behind the bulkhead.

Yes, but there's some work to be done

The majority of them now are all aft of the steering bulkhead

would the shaft angle change, no v drives or some kind of universal joints are allowed in my world!

Absolutely it would change, unless the angle was very steep to begin with and the shaft was very long with the engine very high
