I've seen that story post 3 different forums.
Says 21 names were to be released on monday.
It's after 10pm monday and I've yet to find the list.
Any chance any members on the forum may be on the list since Kenneybunk is in Maine and Downeast boats are typically all from Maine :rolleyes:

There are two distinct States of Maine. What people call "The real Maine" (which is Northern Maine), and what the people in The Real Maine call "Northern Massachusetts" (Southern Maine).

The dividing line appears to be Route 2. The Mainer's that "get it from their sisters or 1st cousins" live in the Real Maine, North of Route 2.

One of the largest sections of Real Maine is simply referred to as "The County". Aroostook County is larger than Connecticut and Delaware combined.

I really can't believe they released the names. What positive things is that really going to gain. This morning at the breakfast table we all talked about it. Granted I work on a ship, so go figure your audience but there were females there too.

Think about the private situation in peoples lives that it will bring out. How is a kid going to feel in school knowing that his dad paid for sex. Other parents looking at kids that way now. Then what if there was a mother on the list. Sure you have the moral family issue but what if its a single dad.

We all have our own issues, I do not think prostitution should be illegal, but that is a whole other mess. I'd rather have a guy go out and spend $200 on a hooker, than go sit at a bar for the whole weekend, drinking trying to find a girl to have sex, get drunk, drive home and kill someone...

i understand your point shawn, but everyone else that breaks the law has their name released publicly, and besides, how bad can you feel for the guys, i dont have anything against what they did, it was their decisions and they can deal with it, but you dont shit where you eat as they say.

I always loved the term my dad told me when I worked at his office... I was probably 18 and we had a 20yo female from england over... WOW... He told me Shawn, just remember dont stick your pen in company ink... I haven't worked in an office now for years :)

The law is an issue... I wonder how many security clearances will be lost! I know if we violate that we loose our ability to work for the navy if they decide... Hell all that comes into play now including DEBT...
