Thermostatic valve for warm hands

I have a hot bar across my dash and am curious if any of you have seen a thermostatic valve to put in the coolant line. The bar gets HOT when im steaming, and id like something to regulate it. I know i can close in on the ball valve, just didnt know if there is something else out there that could regulate it to a more comfortable temp automatically. haha and i know the wiring is a rat's nest, it should be getting ripped out this winter to make it a little neater.

I also added this little gem of a heater, all for nasty cold days!!! that think needs all the heat it can get though, no flow control on that heater!

HAHA that second one would be great, have it on the bulkhead and be able to adjust the temperature as necessary, too bad i dont have cold water to go into that mixing valve

plumb into the cold side of the valve with your feed, plug the hot side. problem solved.
