Bill get Atlantic to build you a 31BHM lengthened 2-3 feet. Put a 550hp QSC in it. She'll do 20+ knots. Best sea boat in its class. Plenty of room. Engine under the deck. Custom no vibration mounting system.

Or buy one that needs some work and re power it. Have a professional shop do the work.

I just want to see you build something already. I am sure its going to come out great. We have been waiting for years for this.

I cant believe we haven't talked about this one yet. That thing looks perfect to improve on and re-power. Too bad its sold.

What is the fastest 31 or 36 BHM you've seen? At what point is it a losing battle with adding power. Could i see a 20 knot cruise out of either one?

That boat sold last year. I almost bought it from the current owner, but he had a late change of heart.

I will have to think about that one. I think a new hull with today's methods just might be a bird of another feather when compared to the original lineup.

We got a 31 BHM in Boston that was lengthened 5 ft.

My father built a BHM31 up on the Great Lakes with a 430 Volvo that did 26 mph. And a BHM36, with a tower and a pulpit, that did 28.

You tuna guys may have heard of her, she was bright red.

And I think when Raven was launched she did right around 30 with that 454 in her, being a BHM28
