Todays projects, removeable trap slide & vinyl cover for fishfinder

I got 2 things done today, modified the trap slide i had on the boat last year to mount next to the new trap rack and its easily removable for when i need to load traps on the boat to move gear. I was worried about moisture/water getting on my new to me fishfinder so i decided to make a clear vinyl cover for it, made a paper pattern first to get a close fit then got to cutting up the vinyl and i glued it together with a hot glue gun, the glue worked great and it stays flexible. I cut a opening in the front glued on a flap across the top and put a velcro strip down each side to hold it shut. Not a bad days projects done.
