I put one of these Navisafe on my skiff. It comes with a magnetic base that you can screw into your console or whatever. You can also get a suction cup and bowrail attachment... thought I would share.. has a long battery life , much better than running wires..

Think I just saw Genius tapping his foot !! Must be a saltwater thing.

I Was talking about inflatable after dark, getting to the ramp without getting run over by some kids or a drunk dude not navigating open waters..
