I bumped into one of the captains listed above early this morning. He said as of 4am this morning, only one fish has been caught so far, and he didn't think it was a Gloucester boat. Tourney ends today.
My son and grandson stopped by Cape Ann marina.
Talked to a few guys and saw the NGEO film crew doing some filming.
35 boats, 2 tuna caught.
Makes ya wanna build a new boat, load up with giant gear and get out there !!!!!!!![]()
Makes me want to keep my current boat and buy all the used gear that will be for sale next year.
Im at Cape Ann Marina , and its more of a zoo then usual down here. Every cat with a 20' cc seems to have 8 shinny new 130's on it. I think Ill wait till the hypes over. If there are any fish left.
