I believe the engine is forward of the bulkhead on this one. You will need to do some modifications if you want the boat to perform.

I went and looked at it, always wanted a northern bay. As travis said, the engine is mostly forward of the bulkhead. Also, the top has been sitting outside over to Stacy's yard for 5ish years since the boat was laid up with none of the cored seams being sealed, so all of the balso around the seams(windows and edges and what-not) is rotten.
