Thanks everyone !! Here's a few more, got the trap rack on and started to fab up a quick trap tray for the stern.

Awesome Steve !
Only thing better than that would be a partial walk around.

I think i want the waves to roll over and off the trunk instead of filling up the bow !! I had enough of that with my bowpicker, no fun having a bow full of water and waiting for it to run out the scuppers.

Todays progress, replaced the opening window at the hauling station and finished up the trap slide across the stern.
what difference a new piece of plexi makes !!

removable stern trap slide

pinned it in with some pipe in the rodholder and up through the slide

a piece of aluminum angle makes it a fair for the rope to slide out and not hang on the cleat.

today i made a uhmw mount for the jog steering/remote in the house then needed to make a new guide/keel block on the trailer, ended up a all day project, made the block then needed to make a new strap for the end of the u-bolt that holds the block on the trailer and ended up making straps for all the keel blocks. While i was under the boat i figured i'd move one of the trailer bunks that was close to a tranducer, moved that one then decided to move the other one next to it for more room around the ducer well when i looked at the ducer i noticed it was crooked ?? must of wacked it on the bunks when loading the boat on the trailer so off doing a belly crawl through the bilge to loosen the nut on the ducer and got that straightened out and recaulked. Took care of a couple of customers for pots in between crawls under the boat and swattin' bugs.

Mounted it right where the armrest of the helm seat will end

i cut a slot in the mount so i can take the remote with me out on deck, the wire is long enough to reach all the way to the stern.

you can see how much i spread out the bunks

I guess if your Ducer moved you didn't bed it in with 5200. Job's looking good and if you get her in the water you won't have to worry so much about the bugs. :D

The guys at Penbay installed the ducer when they finished the boat so i don't know what they used. You wouldn't believe the bugs out on the sound when i fished out there, i've had to use a headnet when picking the gillnet they were so bad !!
