I had a TAMD70D in the 35 Henriques that I owned. The engine went almost 10,000 hours with no major issues. When I sold it was still going strong. It was rated 300hp and I was very careful to not overload it and ran the boat back on the curve using the boost gauge as a reference. I did go through a couple of intake pumps, alternators and the like and did a lot of preventitive mantenance keeping the oil and coolant clean and changed regularly. After a while it needed new gaskets and seals to stop it from leaking oil. When it did need any parts they were pricy. The engine just went like the energizer bunny so I have nothing bad to say about the series.
