Can Anyone Explain the Wheel [ steering ] Why the tiny dip sht. wheel when a nice one would set the whole thing off. I just don't get that whole thing. Somebody please explain . Thanks !

I have to say iam going to change my 15'' destroyer wheel at the outside helm because when your hands are wet and fishie it makes it hard to turn without the spokes
