What are these new video adds

I keep having adds pop up on my screen, they are all about de boats not normal adds. Is this a new thing?

Not all are about DE I’m getting all kinds of stuff Sailboats, Bitcoin etc. Very aggravating and can’t get rid of them.

Ya I tried to get rid of them but could not. Very enoying trying to read something and then all the sudden it shifts down and the ads comes on the screen.
