What is this ?

Trying to figure out if this is something sold at a plumbing supply place or someone made it, either Flowers or original owner.
It was the overflow screen in my livewell.
The round stainless wire keeps small baits from getting stuck or plugging up the overflow.
Built a new (narrower & taller) livewell tank that will be glassed into my transom.

Not sure what you size you need but something like this is another option - these are the 1-1/4 plastic ones, also are made in bronze & round in all sorts of sizes.

I can glass up something quick that will work better than that.

Drill holes in your drain pipe. You can adjust when you get out there so the level doesn’t even get to the top spill point.

Drilled holes in a spray paint can Iid and silicone it over the outflow.

Doesn’t look nearly as cool, though.

Don’t think that’s an off the shelf part you have there. Maybe weld a whisk onto it. Hahaha

A couple scraps of glass I already have, tabbed in the corners in front of the 2 overflows.
Same thing I did with my in deck livewell in the bhm.

Sort of looks like a head guard for a fire sprinkler system. Even if it's not, might be able to find a stainless one that would work, think they come in multiple diameters.

A few pieces of glass (scraps from something I laid up a few days ago) cut to fit, holes drilled, spaced a bit from the drains and hull & decked into place. About 1/2 hrs work
Waiting on gelcoat. Gonna gelcoat the inside & bottom of the top & lid blue then tab it into the transom. Glass the top & gelcoat the outside last
