A buddy of mine who fishes from Rudee Inlet says there are plenty of BFT's 3 miles off the beach in 50' of water, sounds like fun! Don't know if they are giants, most likely SBFT's.

Thats the place they had been getting a few. There had been big ones mixed in with the stripers. Not sure what has happened in the last few days.

Still some fish around Rhode Island, the mid water boats are getting them in the nets

I will be very interested to see if any fish actually come out of all that herring in RI. Pretty cool they are there. Kinda makes you wonder where they were for the last 2 months.

Haven't heard of anything. I was more saying you should go and start the blood bath. Spoke to my buyer yesterday and he knew nothing of it. Still some fish from down south though. Probably only about 10-15 tons left.

Only 6.7mt tons left. Lets hope NMFS doesn't forget how to shut down a monthly quota so they start running against ours starting June 1.
