Went down to my marina to tie a couple extra lines on the boat for tonight's storm and spotted this beaut from across the docks. Anyone know who the builder is?

My guess would be an old Holland or a old Beals Island boat.

Is it an Ernest J. Libby design?

I don't think Libby designed the Slippery 38. I thought that was the original Young Brothers boat, the hull that they splashed a mold off of an Osmond design back in the early 70's.

Libby designed all of their other boats.

Don't know what the original name was, but it is now "Dahlia". It's a Young Bros. about 1982 or so. There is another one in the Thimble Islands which is a couple hull numbers away. That one came from Harpswell, this one was purchased in VA.
