Windshield build question

I'm going to start building a mahogany windsheild for a 22 sisu project I've been working on. Im going to be building similar to the look of a Hunt Harrier. There won't be a hardtop, just a free standing windshield. It will have two front pains of glass and single piece other either side. I can handle the wood working aspect of it no problem. My question is, whats the best way to secure the glass? I don't want it to rattle, but I want it to be somewhat easy to replace a broken piece if needed. I could easily just route a joint for the glass to slide into and then glue it up, just looking to see if anyone has any tricks for making a clean looking windsheild.??????
