I'll begin.

1. Adding an electradyne hauler (I'm finally giving up haulin by hand)
2. Adding a rudder indicator kit. (will be a handy addition)
3. Upgrading electronics ( spring 2023 )

about impossible even with gripper gloves to grab 5/16ths line with growth slime....even without tide current or bullshit from the bottom !
now I need to figure out the best way to mount without being a knee knocker hazard

Mount it flush right there under your wash rail

I'd mount it a higher so your not bending over to get the rope into the plates. 4 gauge wire and 100 amp breaker.

Great projects. I like the rudder indicator, really helps if you go to a jog lever instead of a wheel. I doubt if my next boat has a wheel, between an AP and a jog lever, the wheel seems redundant.

Every time I leave my slip the rudder needs to be a whisker to starboard.
And when I dock, best to have the rudder dead ahead to back in with the thruster.
I spend toooo much time spinning the wheel Lock to Lock to find center
