18 knots in a 30 to 35 footer for under 60k. good luck, i would think that rules out any smaller powerplants like 61a volvos or cummins 5.9s or maybe you could find a 35 bruno with a higher hp 3208 but all depends what you want but 18 knots is FAST by most standards and not that easily achieved without big modern expensive horsepower

Had a DE, now 24' Privateer
I'd offer my 1991 35jc, but i only cruise at 12-14knts easy 3208t(just turned 3000hrs) and Wont let it go for 60k
if you take your time and keep your eyes open something might pop up

35 five islands
dunno if its anything that would interest you at all or not, but I have a 35 five islands with a 420hp 3126 cat, cruises a comfortable 15kts at around 21-2200, will do 22 kts in the corner, I usually cruise at 1900 for what im doing, also does have a large v berth forward, a bunk on the portside of the hull between the bulhead and the v berth, and a large day berth/bench in the back of the wheelhouse, and is set up for commercial tuna fishing, let me know If you think its something you might be interested in its a little more than you want to spend but I think you might see how its set up and like it
