WTB flybridge DE style 30-35', fiberglass hull

Looking for the next step for my family. Something with room to sleep 4 and at least 14kt cruise. Not looking for a re-power but willing to do a little interior work if need be. Going to try to keep budget under $50k which is tough I realize.

I like 30' Sisu, 35 Nauset/Stillman, 31/35 JC but it needs a bridge (sorry die hard DE'ers) and 14kt cruise.

There are a bunch of boats out there that meet my criteria but most have 12 kt cruise (a couple Sisu's on YW and Midcoast) so this has become a bit of a challenge.

I have an 06 21 Seaway Seafarer with 4 stroke Yamaha 150 to get out of too so would consider trading with anyone looking to step down a little. Its a gorgeous little boat.

Good idea but I dont want to take the chance on not having a boat for a summer and (famous last words) I think it will be easier to sell than to find the boat I am looking for.

A 35 Bruno pulled into the anchorage I was in today and I looked it over. Aside from the low headroom and moldy carpet all over the cabin, it was a great layout although a door to the v berth would be nice in certain situations.

If anyone sees anything like I am looking for sitting inthe local boatyard etc. please PM me. I am in western CT and would love to find that needle in the haystack. There is a case of your favorite drink to be had as reward for hooking me up with my next boat!

I am guessing that picture was before your winter project looking at the two boats side by side. All your work made a big difference and looks better also.

Taken last oct while I kept the boat on a mooring in Plymouth harbor for a while.
Jamie was nice enough to let me raft up a bunch of times to make some comparisons (see the scupper height differences ? )
Boat is SO much better now.
No more wet feet
Still has an ugly engine box though Though only 8 inches high

Any idea what is might be on for? Would prefer an actual bulkhead with a door at the back of the cabin (I am really picky). Nice little boat though.

Frankly never understood the tuna door without the opening in the gunwale... I really like the single, huge exhaust outlet.

Those are for big fish and tuna (TUNA DOOR)...hinge tops are for people to walk thru
