Have fun with that search! haha....Not to be a smart ass but its tough finding one! What are you looking for? To fish? Tours? Budget? Theres two on here as far as I know just scroll back and you will find or search "inspected" Theres a slower deadrise in Maryland for sale that has a small COI I think 17 people...Pretty cheap but its glass over wood and a 9kt boat....Seller wants 65K called the flying feathers at Chesapeake beach...Let me know if you find anything you dont like thats a small COI because I am interested in looking for one as well....

Seems you have to know someone who is trading up/down or getting out all together. Maybe someone is sitting on the fence, and a post might get a bite. I will p.m. if something worth while shows up. mcangelo-Looking for a fish/charter set-up, dont like the deadrises.

There was a 43' Lowell for sale early this summer. The one built as the Elizabeth Thomas maybe 8 years ago. Single 892. Good looking boat. It was on Yachtworld for something like 200K back in June.

Was built as a T boat, so it shouldn't be too much trouble to get it back. Look at the Lowell Bros. website- what the USCG said about the stability.

I dont think MDI is still in business. That does remind me though that there is a MDI 45' COI for 49 passengers that is for sale in Southwest Harbor. It is called Vagabond and the fellow, Charlie Dittmer, runs fishing charters. I believe it has a scania and he wanted $250,000. It is in the classifieds in the back of the Fisherman's Voice.

Can't agree more. Been dropping hints like hand grenades about that one.

I'd also be keen to see the 45' MDI mentioned.

I own 2 inspected boats. One is 49 passenger. One is 156.

For anyone to spend 200k on a down east boat with a COI of 49 is crazy when you can buy a 50 foot Yank with twin diesels and a generator for 80.

Go to Dolphin Marine Transport or Orient Star II - Charter fishing boat at Orient Point, NY. I'll take 190 for the big one and 140 for the little one....

There are a ton of boats for sale. Look for them. Buy boats and harbors.

Hope everyone is safe and sound
