180 might be pushing it. Most tuna trips I do have been 70ish miles round trip and usually takes 25-30 gallons. I always fuel it after a trip so I’ve never really have put more than 40 gallons in it and haven’t pushed it how far it will go

I am hoping with some prop work over the winter I can get cruise speed up some. I also have a flo scan I’ve been meaning to put in just haven’t had the time to do it

Thank you
I average 140 miles under way per round trip, Plus 8 to 16 hours on the troll.Under favorable conditions. I take it I would be burning up to 80 gallons at 12knts , under way plus trolling fuel burn, which I would think would be 1.5 GPH at or around 6.5 to 8 knts.
Is there room below deck for additional fuel cells?
Thanks again

A lot of the 26's have a tank above deck under the trap deck. I assume the boat would like the weight aft so something to consider.

I ran it a few years with rear tank and a few years with tanks below deck. Saw little to no difference in the way it rode

I understand she is on blocks and winterized at this point.
I'd like to learn more about being able to view her?
I believe you have my email , so you can communicate through email.

Did he start her holding capacity?
Thanks again
I ran a 26 GM with under deck tanks and the tank under the trap deck. I think it ran better with full fuel in both tanks, especially downsea. Great boats, you will love this one if you get it and retrofitting additional fuel is pretty straightforward if you add a tank on deck.

Good morning, Looking to see if she is a Mechanical or Common-rail electrical Volvo?
Thank you

Mechanical

I am taking boat off market for now. While winterizing it I found a coolant leak and a fuel leak from injection pump so I am going to repair those and take care of some other miscellaneous projects I’ve been meaning to get done
